After dark at a historic house

After the daytime visitors leave, the Oliver Estate takes on a very different atmosphere. The Oliver Estate has long attracted stories and interest from paranormal investigators. Our paranormal investigation nights give guests the opportunity to explore portions of this historic property after dark, learn investigative techniques, and conduct their own sessions in one of Middleborough's most historic and haunted homes.

Guests are invited to conduct their own investigation and draw their own conclusions. Programs are offered as special experiences — not as proof of paranormal activity.

Two formats are offered: scheduled Beginners Nights for newcomers and reservation-only Elite Paranormal Night for experienced investigators.

Designed for visitors who are curious about paranormal investigation but may have little or no previous experience. No previous investigation experience is required.

For experienced investigators

For experienced paranormal investigators, established investigation groups, or teams seeking a more independent investigation experience. Reservation required. No walk-ins.

Proceeds from these programs go toward the ongoing upkeep, care, and restoration of the Oliver House, helping ensure that this beautiful piece of Middleborough's history can be preserved for future generations.

The Tourism Committee members and the many people who help support these programs serve entirely on a volunteer basis. Their time and effort are donated to help care for the property, welcome visitors, and support the continued preservation of the Oliver Estate.
